The drive shaft and rotor assembly is heat treated and the stator and wiring impregnated with varnished. This ensures a 100% quality manufactured motor with stable characteristics and a high efficiency.
The bearing arrangements with double angular contact ball bearing with deep groove ball bearing give the best resistance to the radial and thrust load combination in a centrifugal pump. The bearings are enclosed with high temperature grease containing special Anti-corrosion additive.Â Non-clogging impeller design with the high efficiency, excellent performance and big passing of solid provide the best solution for drainage of effluent water. Below the motor impeller runs in a volute casing and the impellers are of sturdy construction and can be supplied in wear resistance material if the sewage contains hard solids. All SB sewage pumps have a standards equipment double mechanical seal or Silicon carbide which prevents motor from liquid being pumped. The seal has face made form T/C vs. TC which is fitted in separate oil chamber for long life.
