Material in skid:

This skid is made from following equipment’s:

1. Main fire pump as per capacity and pressure given by customer or consultant 
2. Main fire pump with diesel or petrol engine …. 
3. Jockey pump 
4. Pressure switch and control panel 
5. Suction header with butter fly valves and flexible bellows 
6. Delivery header with NRV, butter fly valves, pressure switch, pressure tank (as and when required) 
7. Battery and its cable
8. Cables between motor and control panel

Working principle:

 

Customer has to connect suction line with foot valve (we provide if required by customer) or direct connection in case of positive suction. customer has to connect delivery header to their firefighting pipes. now when pressure drop below 7 bar, jockey pump will start and maintain pressure in system, in case of fire if customer open any 1-inch valve of system, jockey pump starts and supply water with desired pressure, if customer open more valve or big valve, immediately main motor driven pump starts and throw water with pressure, however in case of fire some
